So tell me, what’s on your mind? Yes, literally, what’s on your mind?
After nearly three decades of practice, I continue to be fascinated by how powerful our thoughts are in affecting our mental, emotional and physical well-being and here’s why:
An emotion is a thought felt physically in the body. In other words, your body responds to every single thought you have- positive or negative. When we hold on to negative thoughts the body stores them, and without an escape plan, they can lead to a whole host of problems.
So you might ask, why doesn’t the body store the positive emotions too? Because when we experience positive emotions we embrace them, enjoy them and welcome them. When we experience negative emotions we don’t want to feel them so we suppress them, stuff them down deep and hope they’ll go away. Without giving our negative emotions a voice we have no way of releasing them. Unexpressed negative thoughts show up disguised as anxiety, grief, overwhelm, fear, low self-esteem, addictions, poor relationships, and more. AND on top of that, the physical body begins to suffer too; illness, chronic pain, sleep disorders and low energy to name a few.
MY WHY for the work I do? I’ve been there, I get it, I have fallen down the rabbit hole before. So here’s the thing… I can show you the way out. I want to show you and teach you how to free your mind and step into a more balanced, joyful and peaceful way of being. I will provide you with a safe and supportive space where you can give your thoughts and emotions a voice.
If this speaks to you, let’s set a time to have a (no fee) conversation so that you can share what’s going on in your life
Let’s connect – I look forward to hearing from you!
